Boaz joined Med Optics Vision Centre as a graduate trainee optometrist in April 2022, and transitioned to a part-time role in July and then to full-time optometrist in September 2022 till date. The overall experience has deepened my expertise and connected me more profoundly with optometry profession.
My journey here has been incredible with opportunities of rotating through all the branches in Kampala and the upcountry locations which has broadened my clinical skills but also enhanced my understanding of diverse patient needs. Each branch has its unique atmosphere and clientele, which has enriched my perspective on eye care.

I am passionate about providing comprehensive eye care and education to patients. I believe that effective communication is key to patient satisfaction and compliance, and I strive to ensure that my patients feel informed and empowered about their eye health. My skills in patient assessment, diagnosis, and management of various ocular conditions have been instrumental in delivering high-quality care.
