Description & Process
Lens production/surfacing involve several key steps to create the lenses used in glasses. Raw material e.g. plastic is selected, melted and shaped into the basic lens form using molds. The lenses then undergo a polishing process to ensure they are smooth and free of imperfections, and coated with protective layers to enhance durability.
